I enjoy this logo, while a bit complex for my personal tastes it isn't overworked and the color choice is good with enough contrast that when printed in black and white it should still retain it's quality and impact. so Bravo

Nice, I like them,as far as a bit complex, I'm just partial to Super simplified logos, (example, check out my art gallery's logo, www.rogueartgallery.com), but that being said I really do like this logo, I think you nailed it.
also if you like concepting logos you should enter some of worth1000.com's logo creation contests I think prize money is $200+ which is nice if your just trying to kill time =)
